Gu Yaping
Gu Yaping was born in 1976. She graduated from Wu Han University in 1997 and received a master’s in film directing from the Beijing Film Academy in 2006. She was a program director at Shanxi Television Station from 1997 to 2003. Her previous films include: A Few Days in Yokohama (2006) and All The Children Under The Sun (2004).
